David Moner, PhD. is a Computer Engineer, Head of the Production and Consultant in semantic interoperability and eHealth standards in Veratech for Health. During the last 20 years he has developed his career in the research and development of solutions for the integration, standardization and semantic interoperability of healthcare information systems and electronic health records. He has been focused on the application of clinical data standards and terminologies such as openEHR, ISO EN 13606, HL7 FHIR, HL7 CDA, OMOP CDM, CDISC ODM or SNOMED CT. He is a member of the openEHR Education Program Board and a Recognised Educator by openEHR International. He is a certified specialist in HL7 FHIR, HL7 CDA, HL7 v2.6 and HL7 RIM, and a certified SNOMED CT implementer.
