Light up the Conference!
Priced at £5,000/€5,900, the after-dinner firework sponsorship package is open to a single sponsor or can be shared between two or more organisations, and promises a spectacular firework display to music on Tuesday, 5th November (Bonfire Night in the UK). If you choose to support us by sponsoring this sparkling addition to the conference, you’ll benefit from pre-conference PR, website acknowledgment, digital and verbal thanks during the dinner, and promotional materials in the dining area. This package also includes two Full Delegate Packages and the unique opportunity to select the music which will accompany the firework display.

For £4,500/ €5,250, you can sponsor pre-dinner drinks at the Conference, for which you’ll receive acknowledgement on our website, as well as digital and verbal thanks during the buffet dinner.

There’s nothing our delegates – and speakers – will enjoy more than 10 minutes’ relaxation in a luxurious massage chair. This sponsor will be a firm favourite among attendees!

The Collabrathon
The Collabrathon is a two-day hybrid event taking place in parallel with the conference, in which teams from around the world will innovate solutions for real-world healthcare challenges using openEHR standards. Why not align your brand with this sponsorship package, which includes:

This stunning conference venue features a main stage, 2 additional rooms and other dedicated workspaces, so why not name one of the rooms after your organisation? Sponsorship includes a 5-minute welcome chat from the sponsor, room and names will be publicised at the event, on our website and in the conference programme.

If you’re looking for maximum visibility and willing to share with up to 5 other organisations, then this combined sponsorship package is for you. Features three key sponsorship elements:

Professor Ingram Book Reading and Signing
Professor David Ingram – arguably ‘The Godfather’ of openEHR – will be reading from his book ‘Health Care in the Information Society’ and signing copies. And to celebrate his birthday on 6 November, there will be cupcakes for all attendees.

We have only a few exhibition stands available in ‘The Avenue’, Wokefield’s dedicated exhibition concourse. Exhibitors will benefit from prime visibility to professionals within the health tech community, allowing for unique networking opportunities and the chance to showcase products and innovations.
The exhibition package costs €2700/£2300 and includes space for two people, a 60cm x 180cm trestle table, chairs, access to a power supply, listing on the event website, and pre-event promotion on our social media channels. demo space
The openEHR Conference will feature an interactive demo space where attendees can experience the latest advancements in healthcare technologies firsthand.
This dynamic area will showcase live demonstrations of cutting-edge solutions, directly connecting to the topics covered in the conference sessions.
Over the course of the two-day event, the demo space will serve as a hub of innovation, providing an engaging environment for participants to explore and engage with new tools and technologies.
Opening at the start of Day 1 and running through to the end of Day 2, the onsite demo space offers attendees the unique opportunity to see these advancements in action

insurance
In the unlikely event that the venue has to cancel our event booking with them due to premises not being fit for use due to circumstances beyond their control (act of terrorism, fire etc), we will refund payments already paid to us. We will not be liable for any travel or other costs in connection with your event booking and should this cause concern, we recommend that you put appropriate travel / other insurance in place for such an eventuality.
