programme and speakers

In addition to the selection of speakers appearing on the main stage, there will be two further streams taking place throughout the two-day conference in the Forest and Elm rooms – including PROMS, industry, patient enablement and SEC workstreams – as well a dynamic, IPS focused ‘Collabrathon’ digital health challenge, workshops and a selection of ‘lunch and learn’ activities.

Our incredible lineup of keynote speakers includes NHS London’s Director for Digital Transformation Luke Readman, talking about ‘One London’, a case study on data sharing; LSE’s Dr Alex Carter will be speaking on ‘The Value of Data’; Dr Charlotte Refsum, Director of Health Policy at the Tony Blair Institute for Global Change will shine a light on ‘Preparing the NHS for the AI Era’; Dr Myriam Fernández Martín, Clinical Innovation Head for EMEA at AWS will present ‘Better Data, Better Insights, Better Outcomes’, and renowned international speaker and TED Talk alum, ‘e-Patient Dave’ deBronkart, whose inspiring talk is informed by his tireless work as a patient advocate and proponent for open-source health data.

We’ll also be hearing from a raft of industry experts and trailblazers, including Dr Heather Leslie, Professor David Ingram, Dr Sam Heard and Catsalut’s Dr Jordi Piera Jimenez.

To get things started, we’ve created seven individual personas: each complete with its own profile; user perspective; full medical history and of course, its veryown set of unique challenges. Click on an image to get to know each persona better, and decide whose cause you’re going to champion.
