Dr. Sebastian Garde is a health informatics expert with 23 years of experience. As CKM Product Lead at Ocean Health Systems, he leveraged his CQUniversity Australia research, leading to the Clinical Knowledge Manager.

He holds a doctorate in Medical Informatics from the University of Heidelberg and is a Foundation Fellow of the Australasian Institute of Digital Health. Involved with openEHR since 2004, he
is a member of its SEC and CPB.
